This week, students at Robbie M. Lightfoot Preschool had an exciting and educational visit from our local Fire Department. Firefighters spent the day teaching our preschoolers essential lessons in fire safety, emergency preparedness, and how to stay calm and safe in unexpected situations. Students learned what firefighters look like in their full gear so that children won't be afraid during a real emergency. We are grateful for our partnership with the Fire Department and appreciate their dedication to keeping our students and community safe. Experiences like this help our young learners build confidence and understand the role of community helpers in their daily lives.
